Celebrating the Life and Art of RC Sexton
A Tribute to Randall Corey Sexton 1958-2023
What a cherished moment for Randy’s family to reconnect with the artists he dedicated so much time to at the Landgrove in Vermont. Tom Checchia, a true friend and the heart of the place, welcomed us warmly, sharing stories that brought the past to life. His commitment to nurturing artists has created a haven where creativity thrives and where every visitor feels valued. It’s no surprise that Randall returned year after year for two decades each September.
“Blessed are they who mourn, for they will be comforted” Matthew 5:4
“On behalf of my late brother, I wish to invite you to enjoy looking at his vast library of artwork. Randy was an exceptional artist and teacher who touched many people. However, he suffered from depression and died on December 10, 2023. The purpose of this web page is threefold. First, to provide a visual library of his paintings. Second, to direct anyone interested in learning more about technique and learning directly from the video tutorials he worked on with the Tucson Art Academy. And most importantly, to provide a link for those who also suffer from depression” Todd
